Your team is fantastic. Sunday night, I hit a pothole on the exit ramp, which blew out a tire on my new 840i. BMW sent a tow truck which didn’t get the vehicle to you until Sunday night, I hit a pothole on the exit ramp, which blew out a tire on my new 840i. BMW sent a tow truck which didn’t get the vehicle to you until 11:30am. I called and was fortunate to get Nick Weiss as my service advisor. He was amazing. Did everything he said he would. His communication skills were excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car back by close of business. He is a rockstar. We spoke at 2:00 and he said “you’re not going to need another night at a hotel. Your car will be ready today 👍👍 Sue enough, We were back on the road home to Tallahassee, thanks to your team. More

I was able to leave my car Friday night had my brake fluid flush Saturday morning. I was sent a video explaining about my tires, brakes etc then picked my car up Saturday afternoon.
