I have not EVER written a review until now. BMW of Ocala exceeded my very high expectations in every way. We shopped many dealers on line and in person and there was no comparison to be made for profession exceeded my very high expectations in every way. In fact, although we live on the East Coast of Florida we absolutely prefer to drive to Ocala for our service needs because of their Service Manager Robert Z. His team philosophy is clearly visible and successful. My sales person Darnell is a really good man as well as the sales manager Frank.
