I bought a used Mercedes from BMW of Ocala. It was a very pleasant experience, and because I was paying cash, most of the paperwork could be done in advance which was very convenient. I also It was a very pleasant experience, and because I was paying cash, most of the paperwork could be done in advance which was very convenient. I also feel they carefully inspect their used trade-ins and perform whatever work is necessary, which I did not observe in other dealers of used cars that I visited. There was no pressure when I test drove the car, and the salesperson Brad was very prompt about responding to me via email and in person. Overall great job! More
