I bought my BMW X7 from BMW of Ocala in the middle of the pandemic. The sales people were wonderful and it was such a pleasant experience that I take it back to the dealership for all service work even thoug pandemic. The service people, Robert in particular, are outstanding; they're knowledgeable, courteous and have never made me feel stupid or that I was being cheated, unlike a dealership in Orlando where I take one of my exotic cars for service.
