James was fair and honest when we discussed pricing and ordering the vehicle. He was also prompt with every answering every question I threw his way throughout the 6 week or so process. He also knew a ton of information re; the car and the new technology it offers, Darian, the BMW Genius was also a huge help and promised to review any questions I still had in the new few weeks as follow up. All in all, hands down, I highly recommend! I told James I hope he’s still there for the next time I need a new car! More

Best Service expert I ever had, gets things done and uses his expertise to gauartee satisfaction with repairs. I was very fortunate to have Kevin Carter take time to introduce me to the BMW experience. We inquired about a blue X2, 35I for someone. The car they have is over priced. It's a base model 35I X2. It is worth 10k less then what they are selling it for. No premium options in the car. I dont believe they paid the seller trade in more then what the car is worth. I asked for lower price and they said no. We are frequent buyer for BMW cars.. I was in that business for a long time. I never paid anyone more then what their cars were worth. Then they wanted to low ball me on our car. I'm just trying to understand the car business greed. Here, i can see it. The car was listed at $51k, couple days ago. Then they jacked up the price to $52, 934 all this week. They never emailed figures. They only wanted to deal with immediate customers sales. We inquired, they contacted us at 8:30am. Did respond with figures until after 2:30. They didn't email them neither. Because they knew trade was upside down, it was obvious to put our inquiry off.
