Their financé officer Christina handled all of our paperwork while we were in Ohio for the Summer. The BMW genius's are great to deal with and very expert in teaching how to operate the vehicle which has so many technical features. Best dealership I've ever dealt with. I ordered my car last year over the phone and got it within 6 weeks as promised. In May for my first year's service, they picked up the car and left me a loaner and did the same for the recall which they addressed this month.
