They did not return calls or answer email enquirers just to find out if car was available. I had to call them three times just to speak to a the sales person whom was assigned to respond to my calls. The Best Buying experience ever: I wanted to buy a new BMW for the first time in my life so I visited and researched the dealerships in and around central Florida. I had to drive an hour to get there and it was worth ever minute. Lou Tater was my. salesman and he is so superior to any other sales person I have ever dealt. with. In fact one of the nicest, most honest, kindest and most wonderful human beings I have ever met. I am 69 years old. Been there done that...bought a lot of new cars. 24 years of US Army (Infantry experience) and I have seen a lot. So I can compare this buying experience to many many other dealerships. The manager (Frank) at Ocala BMW, set the tone for the excellent culture in the entire dealership. The Tech engineer (Alex) was amazing in his knowledge and willingness to help. The finance person (Christina) was more than awesome and honest and transparent.
