Jesse, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was seeking information about a new BMW X3 30i. He didn't pressure me in any way. And, he helped me get a very good deal. Darian, the tech "Genius", walked me through everything on the car. He's a very good teacher of technology. John, in the Finance Department, made the paperwork aspect of buying a car less daunting. He was very organized and explained the documents in an easily understandable fashion. The friendliness of everyone and their no-pressure personalities made car buying a non-stressful experience.
