We had a great experience with Danielle and Frank at BMW of Ocala. Very different from the other dealerships we visited. There was no pressure and the sales process was very professional. We had an emergency repair that had us stranded in Florida which the service department got us in to fix...kudos there. The service representative was a little high pressure when we were contemplating Florida which the service department got us in to fix...kudos there. The service representative was a little high pressure when we were contemplating having the repair completed. I normally do all repairs on my car; however, as I stated earlier, we were on vacation and I didn't have access to tools, etc. In somewhat of a demeaning manner, the service representative stated on at least two occasions "sometimes it's best to let the experts take care of these things". Once the repair was complete, the service rep delivered the car to us; however, there was a new error code displayed on our screen concerning the safety restraint system. When I brought this to the attention of the service rep, at first he didn't believe me that it wasn't present when I dropped the car off. At one point he stated "dude, it's a 2013, you have to expect issues". He finally agreed to have the service technician check to see when the code initiated. After about 20 minutes the service rep delivered the car to us stating "it was a loose connection". On our drive back to Ohio, I noticed the bluetooth connection was intermittent at best and now doesn't work at all. After doing a little research, I discovered this is a common issue when the module we had replaced isn't programed correctly. So apparently it isn't always a good idea to let the "professionals" take care of these things. On the positive side, there were several employees who engaged us during our wait time and offered us a beverage or snacks and we're very friendly. More

BMW We ordered our new BMW in April 2024 but did not want it until September 2024. BMW of Ocala and our salesman James Niedermayer were great to work with. They waited until the last possible time to or want it until September 2024. BMW of Ocala and our salesman James Niedermayer were great to work with. They waited until the last possible time to order a 24 and it was probably the last 2024 X3 built in the US. The car was showroom clean and ready for pickup just as we requested. Their financé officer Christina handled all of our paperwork while we were in Ohio for the Summer. The BMW genius's are great to deal with and very expert in teaching how to operate the vehicle which has so many technical features. Buy from BMW Ocala and especially James Niedemayer and you wont be disappointed. More

I couldn't have had a much better experience, mostly due to Malcolm. He was professional, knowledgeable, and low pressure. He had me drive two cars and took our time, never feeling rushed.
