I was pleasantly surprised during this years visit for service. It was considerably better than last year when I waited 4 hours for a simple annual check and oil change. The construction from a year ago has been completed, the service took less than 90 minutes, the video received from the service department was excellent and easy to follow and Brent met me in the driveway entrance.
