I am updating my initial 5 star review to 1 star as I am very dissatisfied now due to the promise, their 'We Owe' in my signed contract that they refuse to honor now. They promised to get me another key fob, only one came with the car & now that I got a quote from Audi for the fee-they refuse to honor the agreement. I am even willing to pay for the programming fee which is two hundred dollars. I just expect them to honor the 'We Owe' in the contract for the price of the fob. Very disappointed in the blow off I am receiving.
