We visited the dealership to take a look at the 2026 and inquire about the 2027 x5. We liked our 2024 which we traded in and told Tre when comparing cars that one of the options we liked very much was the ventilated seats. We were told the vehicle we bought had ventilated seats. It does not. Tre was very helpful and knowledgeable and delivered our car to our home and set up the keys. When I called the dealership to speak with Tre about the ventilated seats because it didn’t seem to be included, he told me he would put a note on the desk of their tech. I felt that I was dusted off, we bought so deal is done. I don’t need to be hit over the head with a brick to know my call to sales is no longer welcome, More
