We certainly apologize for mishandling the situation. The staff did their best to handle your emergency at 15 minutes before closing on Saturday by taking you in and ultimately solving your concern (flat tire replaced) after normal hours. Unfortunately the cleaning staff left as you arrived. We will certainly do things differently for you next visit. Please feel free to contact me directly if you would like to discuss further.
