I had an incredible experience recently purchasing my 2023 BMW X3 at BMW of Norwood. I received a call from Bianca shortly after inquiring on their website, she answered my questions, booked my appointme 2023 BMW X3 at BMW of Norwood. I received a call from Bianca shortly after inquiring on their website, she answered my questions, booked my appointment and kept me updated on the availability of the vehicle. I met with Natasha the sales agent assigned to me who from the start was warm and welcoming. I decided that day to purchase the vehicle and Natasha made it all happen on a Saturday afternoon no less, leaving no detail unfinished. I was able to drive home in my new vehicle that same day. Worked with Lynne, who was a total pro to complete my finance. As a female myself shopping for a vehicle alone can seem intimidating but working with this all female team made my experience comfortable and easy. The customer service rep, Jenny, was the most helpful and excelled in customer service. I had come from the gym and looked a mess and she treated me with so much respect and care. She went out of her way to excelled in customer service. I had come from the gym and looked a mess and she treated me with so much respect and care. She went out of her way to make sure the correct person was able to help me with some of my concerns on the technical side of the vehicle. I did request a loaner as well as an interior cleaning (which I would’ve been happy to pay for), but neither was provided for which was disappointing as I came unprepared to stay the extent of my stay. Overall I’d recommend this to a friend or family member for service. I’ll be more explicit in the future with my requests. More
