My experience at the service center at BMW of Mountain View was very pleasant. I was greeted outside, as I pulled in with all the paper work ready. I picked up the loaner car and was out of there in 5 min View was very pleasant. I was greeted outside, as I pulled in with all the paper work ready. I picked up the loaner car and was out of there in 5 mins. The car service was returned serviced and cleaned few hours later. Will definitely use them in the future. More

Tires were swapped, the car didn't recognized the tires. Tires needed to be enrolled again. Reset didn't help. Dealership didn't mentioned that to the customer. Computer software got updated. Since then Ap Tires needed to be enrolled again. Reset didn't help. Dealership didn't mentioned that to the customer. Computer software got updated. Since then App can't communicate to the car.
