Where there’s area of improvements as I see them, is 1.difficult to get through on phone (but they do call you back quickly) 2.car is not delivered back, clean - my tire-walls were dirty, car hadn’t been washed. I always find that disappointing. Delivery driver didn’t wear a mask inside the car. He did have seat cover in and foot/shoe paper down (that he took with him) but wasn’t overly friendly or attentive and didn’t point out my key was in the cup holder - I thought he walked away with it. Had to walk after him to verify). The loaner department is great and trustworthy and helpful. Had a manager there go above & beyond for us there. Appreciated that very much. The store, the service department is very clean & shiny. Looks great. Feels very comfortable and rich, easy to sit down in and they let you walk wherever so it’s laid back. I trust them. I like my service specialists that I consistently see & interact with there. I go back time and again. More

This time, I worked with Sia Serafat as my Sales Representative, Ahmad Aziz, CFS Manager (F&I), and Justin and Francesco in the Parts Department (after the sale). I believe that this particular dealership is extremely busy. I was, however, treated like I was the only client that they had. Sia was wonderful at listening to me and was able to ascertain what I was looking for in my next vehicle. Ahmad was AMAZING with explaining the various programs that BMW offers and made the perfect suggestions for my particular needs. Justin and Francesco in Parts were wonderful with the after-market items I wanted to get for both of the BMWs we have.
