He explained clearly what services needed to be done, and why, including dealing with some additional issues I had with my car. He even kept the car another day to insure these issues were fully addressed. When I forgot something important in my trunk and returned later, Mark immediately and graciously went to the service department, and brought my car around so I could retrieve my items.
