Process of making an appointment for service is easy. Service Rep had both called and Emailed me to alert that it was time to schedule a service for the car. Checking in at the scheduled time is quick. Service Rep had both called and Emailed me to alert that it was time to schedule a service for the car. Checking in at the scheduled time is quick. Service Advisor Marc was helpful in going through both the standard service and then some additional items that I wanted to have checked. Marc arranged a Lyft ride to get me from the Dealer to Home and then when the vehicle is ready for pickup, another Lyft ride from Home to Dealer. This Lyft service is a real convenience item for me.
