BMW of Mountain View is very lovely. I felt like I was in a luxury dealership. I called to inquire about a pre-owned 2023 X7 and I was happy to see there wasn't any haggling over price I felt like I was in a luxury dealership. I called to inquire about a pre-owned 2023 X7 and I was happy to see there wasn't any haggling over price because this dealer sets used pricing very fair and definitely hard to beat! The only improvement I see, is the transition from agreeing on payments with the sales manager to signing all the documents. That transitional wait was a bit long. I originally called in to inquire about this car. A guy named Justin wanted to help me. When I arrived, he was busy...so I was passed on to Amid Said. Amid did a great job, he provided excellent service. Yet, Justin still received credit for the sale. He never helped me...and never thanked me for coming in or greeted me the following day to say thank you (when I returned). It was definitely disappointing that he got credit of the sale just because he answered the phone. Amid should have reaped the rewards of the entire sale. Overall, it was a great experience. More

I had an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish at BMW of Mountain View. Leo was extremely knowledgeable of the various engines and platforms I was comparing, and was patient in helping me p finish at BMW of Mountain View. Leo was extremely knowledgeable of the various engines and platforms I was comparing, and was patient in helping me pick out which one to go for. In the end he helped me get a stellar deal on a 2 series gran coupe. His manager and the finance guy were very nice as well, and made us feel welcome.
