The overall best experience I have had at a dealership, I wish I lived closer so that J would only be able to come to this one! 10/10 dealer, mechanic, finance, and management wish I lived closer so that J would only be able to come to this one! 10/10 dealer, mechanic, finance, and management More
Prior to my purchase of this vehicle I visited the dealership to view the vehicle. Ramtin was the one that was assigned to assist me. I was informed that the vehicle had just arrived 2 days before I w dealership to view the vehicle. Ramtin was the one that was assigned to assist me. I was informed that the vehicle had just arrived 2 days before I went in and that it was getting prepared and inspected for sale. I was assured that I would be contacted the moment it was ready and I said I wanted to get to see it and drive it before anyone else because I knew I wanted to buy it. I received a text message later that day from them to allow messaging and I said yes. I then sent texts multiple days, called, emailed and was only called back once by the manager who said he was going to talk to Ramtin and get right back to me. Well, I never heard anything again. Over a week later I get a call from Ramtin that the car is ready. I called back and was told I needed to leave a message for him because he was with a customer. Hours went by and I never got a call back. I called AGAIN and finally got to speak with Ramtin who said "The car was already promised to another customer and the car isn't available anymore", I was extremely upset and when I told him I was there way before the vehicle was even ready and I was promised so why am I getting passed over the only explanation I got was that Ramtin was off for 2 days so he didn't get to check on it. This was unacceptable to me and showed me they didn't value my business and could care less. Beyond the issues I had prior to purchasing the car, it suddenly showed up on the site as available again 2 days later so I went in. Nick was friendly for the most part but lacked knowledge of the vehicle. G in finance was amazing and super cool. Great to work with. I would however recommend that they do a better job of inspecting vehicles and addressing issues BEFORE putting a car up for sale. The vehicle I bought is rare and very difficult to find in this condition and with this low of miles on it. That is the only reason I purchased the vehicle the way it was. When I asked about the items on the inspection and if they would fix them I was told no because they paid too much for the car as is. This doesn't scream good customer service to me. Especially when they are selling the vehicle for almost 5k above blue book. 5 days after the purchase I noticed there is one wheel that is different from all the others. This is very odd to me and bothersome as I was never notified and it wasn't noted on the inspection either. In addition to the wheel and everything else I notice that under the front bumper it is all duct taped underneath and have no idea what that is all about but they obviously knew about that and didn't say anything to me either. What is that all about? All of these repairs and fixes are going to cost quite a bit and it's disheartening to think I spent so much for this car to just put more into it immediately to address issues that I feel should have been corrected or fixed by the dealer before selling especially considering the price. They only agreed to replace one of the headlight washer covers because it was obviously repainted with something and not a good job was done. I'm extremely disappointed as a BMW enthusiast that this is a representation of their brand. I undoubtedly prefer Stevens Creek BMW over this dealer. I shouldn't be surprised though considering this dealer is part of Autonation which I have had nothing but horrible experiences with and no success getting a resolution. All I can say is do better... this isn't cutting it. Update... they wouldn't fix anything. I also forgot to mention that the air conditioning wasn't working at all when I got the car and I had to recharge it myself. After refusing to fix anything or recover any of the costs to repair anything they only agreed to take the car back. They were supposed to send me a check within 10 days of returning the vehicle for a VERY small portion of what I already put into the car ($1500) and it's now been almost 3 weeks and I haven't received anything.
