Months ago, my girlfriend and I visited your dealership with the intent to look and possibly buy/order. Since inventory was limited, we ended up placing two orders. During this whole process, Dean was the with the intent to look and possibly buy/order. Since inventory was limited, we ended up placing two orders. During this whole process, Dean was the one who helped us and from the get-go, the experience was really good. He was super nice and friendly and was able to help our needs and answer literally every single question in detail without hesitation. While my order was in place, Dean was very good with following up and providing updates without me having to ask. Again, he was able to answer all my questions about order details and the process as this was my very first BMW purchase. We cannot stress how easy it was to work with Dean and how professional and friendly he was. He was not pushy at all, but was very convincing with his knowledge of BMWs. We had visited numerous dealerships prior and talked to many other SA's, but the customer service he provided us was the reason we decided to go with him. Unfortunately my girlfriend was in a bit of a time-sensitive situation and ended up getting her vehicle elsewhere (regrettably a terrible decision as the experience was absolutely terrible) as she was still waiting for an allocation here, but on delivery day for me, Dean went above and beyond in many ways. He accommodated multiple requests and made sure the whole process was quick and easy. It was so smooth and really made us believe BMW Mountain View was one of, if not, the best BMW dealership we have ever walked into. Despite getting off work earlier than I would, Dean stayed late...very late, to make sure I could get my car and was again super patient and nice throughout. He made my first BMW order/delivery experience something I will never forget. I'm not sure if this will mean much, but I really just wanted to relay this information to you because we're super grateful for what Dean had done for both of us as he truly went above and beyond without needing to. We both feel he deserves recognition for this sale and if there is any way we can make sure Dean gets this recognition, please let us know! More

Dealer is close to my Los Altos home, easy to get to. Purchased a 2023 430i convertable from dealer in Pleasanton but would like service at Mt View dealer. Had a few questions about operating the techn Purchased a 2023 430i convertable from dealer in Pleasanton but would like service at Mt View dealer. Had a few questions about operating the technology in car and a few issues with car operation so took car to Mt View dealer. Got a timely service date and time and was taken in as expected. The service department found only one issue that needed repair, a wind deflector sensor that didn't work and had to be replaced and had to be ordered. 2 weeks have passed and after a few inquires as to status of sensor no reply to inquires or notice from dealer as to when repair could be made. Can't remove deflector for a back seat passenger without constant dings and notices on dashboard noting deflector is missing, pretty irritating! More
Brought my 2022 X5M in for wheel noise and a windshield crack at the uppermost spot within the line of sight zone. Told replacement was the only option. $3800+. What to do? Replaced it. When it was returned to me, the HUD now has a glare right in the line of sight zone and the display is now very dim. The foreman drove my car, noted the glare and checked the display. He said the glare was from the extra shiny HUD screen and the console display was okay. They, my SA and the foreman, said they will see what they can do to work it out. Funny thing, I replaced the windshield for safety reasons (crack and potential risk to my safety) and was returned a version of my X5 M that is now 100% more unsafe due to the glare and my console display doesn’t work. It is under warranty but the windshield is not. Have a loaner and am remaining positive. May update this post as the saga continues. More
Very good communication throughout the ordering, waiting and delivery process. They were the only dealer in CA who would sell me an M model at MSRP. I've bought a number of cars from them and will continue and delivery process. They were the only dealer in CA who would sell me an M model at MSRP. I've bought a number of cars from them and will continue to do so as long as I buy BMWs. Being an M model, it took 6 1/2 months from initial order to delivery. I wish the finance people would not try to "pad" the invoice by putting un-ordered items on the tab, like dent repair and paint protection schemes. In addition, finance started out trying to sell me $20,000 worth of add-ons, like upgraded warranty for mechanicals, tires/wheels and windshield, as well as the dent and paint protection programs. They dropped the price to $12,000 within minutes (I would have felt pretty stupid to buy them for $20K knowing that). I know you need to mention them as options, but don't take an hour of my time trying to convince me that I have to buy these things. Other than that, the sales people, manager and finance people I dealt with were very good. They communicated well at all steps of the process. Thanks for delivering a great product! More
