Probably need to lower my expectations with BMW. I was somewhat upset when picking car up, it was indicated that there was a backup with washing cars. It wasn't washed and later when I parked I discovered the rear of the car was actually covered in birdshot. More

I called to set up an appointment 2 weeks ahead but somehow the appointment is gone when I call them a day before my service. I went to the dealer and the service advisor Kevin helped me set yo everyth somehow the appointment is gone when I call them a day before my service.
