Booked an urgent appointment for problems to start the car, but on the day of the appointment the car would not start at all. BMW Mountain View represented by Wayne were very accommodating and moved my sl car, but on the day of the appointment the car would not start at all. BMW Mountain View represented by Wayne were very accommodating and moved my slot to the next day after I got the car towed to the garage. They quickly characterized the issue as a faulty starter and had the car running as good as new the next day - and the repair was below the budget is feared since its a BMW ... They also did a free inspection on the car and sent the video to me which was great, and also nice to see beneath the car which I something don't see otherwise! More

I have been going to BMW of Mountain View exclusively for service for my last 2 BMWs over the last 6 years. This service center is a well-oiled operation, and what really sets it apart is the excellent Servi service for my last 2 BMWs over the last 6 years. This service center is a well-oiled operation, and what really sets it apart is the excellent Service Advisors, who always provide VIP-level service. I most recently worked with Hugo Cardenas, who went beyond to make sure my car was ready in time for the holidays, even though the turnaround was super tight on all the repairs. Hugo and Wayne are my go-to advisors. Both are A+++++!! More

Friendly and prompt service and advice re new car purchase, uncomplicated test drives, patient with questions. Leo and Jay as well as the finance team were great. I will not use this dealership. I went in to just look at a 2016 subarua. I did not want to talk to a saleperson because I was just looking. So I left.. Later I recived an email telling me the price came down 1000 dollars. three days later the next email told me they raised the price 700 dollars. not the best way to run a dealership.
