My wife 's experience with this dealership in buying her 2006 330 has her truned off of BMW altogether. When this dealership was Allison of Mountain View it was the BMW dealership that everyone went to. Now 2006 330 has her truned off of BMW altogether. When this dealership was Allison of Mountain View it was the BMW dealership that everyone went to. Now people shop at the Steven Creek dealership or buy from out of the area. Autonation/Autowest are costing BMW customers (3 people from my neighborhood bought other brands after hearing my wifes story). A letter to BMW North America and Munich went unanswered. I guess this is why BMW has lost 3% market share. More

They couldn't be more unorganized or unprofessional. After being misquoted for my job and chasing the parts department, myself, for my part. I spent two days trying to get anyone on the phone to find out the status of my repair. Finally, after two days, they tell me that the work hasn't even started. Picked up my car and got it fixed the next day by another shop. More
