I was driving by and saw a really pretty convertible older Porsche on their lot. When I walked into get a sales person Audrey was there and ready to help. She took me on a couple test drives until we found the car I was most comfortable in! She was never pushy just straight forward and honest. I felt as tho I was dealing with a friend not a salesperson. She really helped me weigh the pros and cons and I felt I made an informed decision. She also got me a more then fair price for my trade in. I have to say I have never bought a car where I felt I had been treated so well. Audrey Quiggins is an asset to BMW of Mountain View! They should give her a raise! She really goes above and beyond!!!! More

Everyone around always seemed friendly and patient, even with the additional paperwork and process. I would definitely recommend these guys, as they seem to have very good CPO deals and Raj especially for being very attentive and helpful. More

Loaner vehicle available. Made up some excuse, but when I talked to manager was able to get one. A handful of issues (including defective inner paint jobs, window, etc) are issues BMW admits to being faulty, but the dealership doesn't admit to it and won't do the job for it. Even if it's a car manufacturer reported issue! Ridiculous. The reports are all online and I had to print the form and show them. More
