I had absolutely no issues with BMW Mountain View, we were greeted right away by numreous folks and directed to exactly what we were looking for. The whole process was a breeze and I absolutely love the car! We also worked with Candice the Finance Manager and she was a delight! Really helpful in making sure we understood every option and being a young first time car buyer myself, she was very thorough in making sure we understood exactly what everything meant. She took me on a couple test drives until we found the car I was most comfortable in! She was never pushy just straight forward and honest. I felt as tho I was dealing with a friend not a salesperson. She really helped me weigh the pros and cons and I felt I made an informed decision. She also got me a more then fair price for my trade in. I have to say I have never bought a car where I felt I had been treated so well. Audrey Quiggins is an asset to BMW of Mountain View! It was one of the easiest BMW buying experience in our case. This is our 4th Beemer!
