I travel to BMW of Mountain View for the customer service. Every time they have done an excellent job getting my car in and out quickly, washed nicely. The waiting area is clean, spacious with a nice view out the windows as you wait, quiet so you can work and concessions like snacks, coffee, tea. Thank you BMW Mountain View for doing things right! He took the time to clearly explain all the work that would be performed on my car and offered thoughtful suggestions, including a great tip on how to save money by pre-paying for oil changes based on how long I plan to keep the vehicle. I also want to give a shoutout to Andrew from the loaner car department. He was fantastic—very helpful and took the time to walk me through how everything worked in the loaner car.
