Speedy service that went above and beyond what I had brought my car in for. Originally I went in to have my car checked for a potential recall. Despite not requiring the work because my car turned out to be fine, BMW of Mountain View did a full inspection, checked the tire pressure, topped off various fluids, and even washed my car. And all of this extra stuff was free of charge. I love these guys!!!! More

I brought my 2018 BMW 540ix in on July 16, 2024 for a radiator leak, which was covered by my EasyCare warranty. Kevin suggested replacing the two high-pressure hoses as well, but informed me that this wo radiator leak, which was covered by my EasyCare warranty. Kevin suggested replacing the two high-pressure hoses as well, but informed me that this wouldn't be covered by EasyCare and quoted me $2,642 for the job. When I consulted with my family mechanic, he advised that BMW shouldn't be charging full labor for the hoses since the radiator was already being worked on, and the quoted price seemed excessive for just two hoses. This made me feel like I was being given a dishonest quote. I trusted the service team to provide an honest and accurate assessment, but I ultimately decided not to proceed with the hose replacement because I didn't feel confident in the fairness of the quote. More
