He always went out of his way to assist us regardless the issue so I decided when it was time to buy my first BRAND NEW BMW I was going to buy it from Monterey BMW. Being on the other side of the dealership in Sales, was a change for me but I was very pleased with my salesman, Gabe. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. My biggest gratitude goes to Paul, manager of the BMW store. He made it possible for me to drive away in the car of my dreams.
