Dear Paul -- My window is beautiful, thanks to you and Bijan. I am sorry that my review was so sharp. I was responding to the kindness and follow-through that Bijan always had time to give me. I was sad that someone that tries so hard was laid off, where another, who was so rude and disrespectful, remained. YOU were fabulous in taking care of my roof....THANK YOU, Paul. I probably took the wrong avenue in expressing my dismay that Bijan was gone. I wanted you to know that I purchased my car BECAUSE of the way I was treated by Bijan. I do not want to cast a shadow on the dealership. Everyone (except Devon) there is FABULOUS......seriously! I would like to delete my second comment. Could you please tell me how to do that? I do not want to burn my bridges with BMW. I now, will miss coming in and saying Hi to the man who took such good care of me. I do not question how you run the dealership.
