Bought a used BMW I was greeted by Tammy Valderrama and was shown the models I was looking for. She was friendly, kind, respectful, professional, efficient, attentive, present and continued to check up on our welfare after her tasks were done. She came to the temporary waiting room trailer: opened windows for fresh air, turned on the television, made coffee and made sure all the waiting customer quests were comfortable. They are under construction, so this was very considerate of her. I truly like the staff at this dealership, but Anna was especially accommodating today.
