Pleasant It is always nice to walk into the service center. They are always willing to listen to concerns, the person who handles the loaner vehicles always gr It is always nice to walk into the service center. They are always willing to listen to concerns, the person who handles the loaner vehicles always greets me warmly when I enter, and the women at the front desk always make me feel welcomed and is a great ending to the experience. The service attendants are busy so I don't always feel as comfortable, but every time I receive my vehicle after maintenance; it feels like a brand new car again every time. I have no real complaint and can't imagine working with a better BMW dealership. More
