He knew we had a short timeframe and worked hard to rush the service that we needed on our car . He was truly amazing! He got our car turned around in 24 hours and we are now able to head back to Los Angeles . We have friends in Monterey and will definitely recommend his services to everyone. I brought the car in early in the morning and everything was finished in the early afternoon. It was time for the car's first oil change, so that was taken care of as well. We live about 40 miles away, so saving us an extra trip is much appreciated, and BMW of Monterey's shuttle service was both helpful and efficient. More
