I come in for a free oil change that i purchased and i leave with a $805 bill. The vehicle check for $289 is a joke. I was not even give a check list of the work. 18,000 miles on my 430i and was forced in leave with a $805 bill. The vehicle check for $289 is a joke. My car will be out of warranty soon and i will not be using BMW monterey service dept again! More

Dealer added $1,000 to the price for PermaPlate. This stuff is just wax and wears off in a couple of months.
