Knowledgeable staff AD came in to meet and show me the car even though that was his day off. He is very knowledgeable about the car. I also liked how Devon cut to the chase in the price negotiation phase and did not waste each other's time. In contrast my experience in the financing phase was not as pleasant. In the beginning, I was pushed hard to buy the lease insurance for $1995. Even though I ended up paying $1,626 (at cost, according to the financing representative), I'll stand to lose this money if I decide to buy the vehicle out right at the end of the lease. More
