Quick, simple, and over-the-top service. They are all extremely knowledgable, accommodating, and hospitable. In fact, every time I am at BMW of Monterey, I feel like a queen! :) Anna even secured a loaner car for me at the last minute (when I was initially told that none were left). What a huge help! I definitely recommend this dealership - 100%! More

Took the beast in because the wipers quit working and asked for a diagnostic price. Everybody was pretty helpful and attentive. Worked with Anna Kwan who wrote it up and provided a loaner car. Now i wonder why she isn’t the manager of the dept., possibly because she isnt 6’ tall and male. Really guys, take another look. Also drove a used car, Gary was more than excellent. Despite all of that, I was running late and Anna Kwon very nicely called to learn of my status, and let me know that my "Loaner (Thank you)" was all ready for my arrival. While I checked in with Mike Kyle, who processed my work order with great competency and rapidity, Anna performed first aid on my bleeding hand (caused by a sharp object in my glove compartment), and took my driver's license and insurance card, as precursors to quickly finish the paperwork. In seemingly a "blink of an eye," both segments of the check-in were completed in unison with symphonic precision. Being able to drive off, practically immediately, in a wonderful borrowed automobile, saved two days of otherwise inconvenience for me, which is appreciatively highlighted. Anna Kwon and Mike Kyle are ideal Ambassadors for the Brand, Dealership, and the Service Department. Also, there is terrific gentleman whose name I think is Jada, or something like that, who met me when I drove in, and who made a first rate impression with his delightful introductory direction and assistance, and who deserves special recognition! Joe makes your feel super comfortable & listens to your concerns then takes care of it all. No worrying it's not going to get done right because it is done right every time. We recently went back for our 3rd BMW & Bryan our sales guy was awesome walking us through a bunch of cars until we found the right one. Then when it came to finance, Michael was amazing. He understood a complex situation, helped us decide what was the best option for us & then made it happen. (This is our 2nd time with Michael as the "finance guy" & it makes a huge difference when someone remembers you.) While every time I am at this dealership they are amazing the reason I keep coming back is the service team. Anna & Joe. When we went to buy our current car I was able to ask them questions & get their opinion which helped us make a decision on the best car for us. These 2 are the reason we bought my current BMW. If you want a car & you want a dealership that makes you feel comfortable & is amazing, you have found it. Buying a car, this is the place. Service excellence I recently brought in our X5 and X7 for routine service. On both occasions Anna Kwon was got me an appointment that fit my busy schedule and made sure that I had transportation to and from the dealership. She made a spot on recommendation to have my X5 detailed. I was very happy with how the care turned out. The faded steering wheel looked like new. They also got all of the dog hair out of the carpet! Joe Campo has been my service advisor for a long time and we have been through several BMW's. He is always honest with his recommendations and prompt and polite with his responses to my inquires. I will continue to take my BMW's to them for service. More
