I bought my M5 from Monterey and I can't tell you how much they take care of me. I've been unfortunate enough to have a number of issues with the car (not their fault) but every single time I feel they a much they take care of me. I don't know what I would do without my Service Advisor Mike Kyle... He especially has taken such good care of me. He knows the cars and he knows what is right in all situations. A lot of people including myself have had bad experiences with dealerships and I usually try to stay away but NOT with BMW of Monterey. We needed a new family car since we were expecting our first baby. As soon as we pulled up to the dealership we were greeted very warmly by John Polli. John Polli made us feel comfortable during the whole paperwork process. He even offered to go out and by us some lunch since the paperwork process can take a couple hours. It’s been 4 months since we’ve bought our car and we are so happy with it. I’d highly recommend John Polli to anyone wanting a new car! More
