The process of buying the car wasn’t bad and had good communication with our sales lady. But she never really followed up after the car got delivered to see how everything was recieved. The car could have been delivered with a fresh detail but wasn’t 100% clean inside. Also you guys were over 30’days late with sending us the title/registration and we incurred late charges which I am still pending from your dealer. More
Chris Almeida has been my service advisor for nearly 4 years now, and is great to work with. He is prompt with answering questions having familiarized himself with the diagnosis from the garage. Additionally, as a long-time Monterey County resident, Chris is acquainted with ancillary service providers such as body shops and can provide recommendations should you need them. Also, shout out to the Master and Journeyman Tech’s who are very thorough in their videos, narration and excellent service. They have tackled some tough ones for me. Well done guys! More

I do not like writing bad reviews, but you asked me to do this three times. I brought my vehicle in for a regular service. A three-hour service turned into a week of hassle. During the service , my car wa do this three times. I brought my vehicle in for a regular service. A three-hour service turned into a week of hassle. During the service , my car was dented by a golf car. The car is new , not a single scratch. Can you imagine how upset I was. They told me that it's okay, we'll fix it. Three days passed, no one called me . After I called myself , they told me that they couldn't fix it and a car would be taken to a body shop.It happened around the New Year and I had so many plans related to my car. A week later the car was repaired but no one even apologized for the past. More
