I purchased a vehicle and before leaving the dealership I noticed that there were no floor mats. The salesman explained that he would send me the floor mats through mail or refund me the amount. After a few noticed that there were no floor mats. The salesman explained that he would send me the floor mats through mail or refund me the amount. After a few days they followed up saying they can’t send me new mats or refund me for the mats. After I complained explaining that I was given TWO options: a refund or my mats mailed to me, they agreed to send me new mats. They finally arrived and they don’t fit in my car. This is a joke. Horrible service and I will never buy from a BMW dealership again. I had to go out and purchase new mats. I can’t use the ones sent to me. How can they not know which mats to use for a car they sold me. More
