BMW of Monterey

Hi what to say about my experience at Monterey bmw wasn’t a very good one, I purchased a used Jetta in sales they were going to fix some minor scratches when I received the car back from the dealership the b a very good one, I purchased a used Jetta in sales they were going to fix some minor scratches when I received the car back from the dealership the body was worse than before I brought it back a second time even worse now looks like they used a buffer on it now even chrome molding around window is scraped up from them.brakes on car sound very bad 2 times bringing back to the shop they decide to resurface the rotors and did not change the pads now they are very noisy again it appears that they are very happy when you purchase a car from them then the relationship is over. This entire experience has been an awful one . I would like to add that the finance department was very rude. I previously had a review on here removed it because Rick wanted a chance at taking care of this sorry but none of the problems are fixed,they are worse noisy brakes just like before paint is worse than before looks like detail department got out of hand with buffing now car has swirls worse than ever. More

Overall review is that we recommend BMW Monterey. Wife and I found a nice BMW X5 on the website. We decided to take a look at it and end up finding it by trading off our jeep Wrangler.
