Liz is fantastic!! From the minute you drive in the service area, there are at least two people to greet you, the take over from there. The waiting area is super nice. other than time lost, everyone was great. The staff were attentive and kept me up to date on the work status. I thought the sales staff could have been more engaging. It took them around an hour or so before they paid attention to saying hello. They were good to each other which was good to see. My First Service Experience at BMW of Macon I had a I set appointment time. I drove up and the gentleman that checked me in was so polite and helpful since this was my first time for taking in I had a I set appointment time. I drove up and the gentleman that checked me in was so polite and helpful since this was my first time for taking in my car for service. I needed a loaner car and it was sitting there ready to go. Easy in and easy out. When my car was finished they called me and my car was ready waiting for me! Great experience.
