Great Service U always enjoy going to this Dealership for Service. I really wish they had gotten my email address correct the first time i came in. There were probably a lot of discounts i missed out on. I m just so glad they got it correct the last time. This is the only BMW dealer I use and will continue to only use them. I may have worked with others at the dealership I wish they all had pictures like Miss Rawlins does. The last person I worked with walked me to the car and opened my door and made sure all the work was done great. Top quality service at BMW, You pay for what you get which is what I live by. More

No response to questions I was quoted $120 for an oil change. Had to pick up the car after the service department was closed. Invoice for $136. Glad that I moved and won’t have to go there again. More

Service Team Works Well Together I had no problem talking with anybody. They worked together quite well. Pick up and maintenance with a wash and gas...superb! Scheduled pickup and maintenance and it was a done deal! Car picked up, fixed, washed, gassed and back in time for wife to drive home from work. Excellent, friendly service We had to have our 2007 and 2011 328i BMWs serviced at Macon BMW due to recalls on both of the vehicles. They worked with us to get them both in back We had to have our 2007 and 2011 328i BMWs serviced at Macon BMW due to recalls on both of the vehicles. They worked with us to get them both in back to back which made our trips to Macon less of a hassle! The girls in the service department were very friendly and helpful! Made the whole experience much better than at some other dealerships we have come in contact with. The cars were working perfectly upon pickup and we couldn't be happier! Will definitely be going back to Macon BMW if we have any problems in the future! More

First time disappointed after 16 years of service. Picked up my car Saturday.
