Disappointed Omar was always quick to respond and prompt during the purchase of the car. Since receiving all of the signed paperwork on Friday, 2/15/19, he said th Omar was always quick to respond and prompt during the purchase of the car. Since receiving all of the signed paperwork on Friday, 2/15/19, he said the car would ship Tues night or Wed morning. It's now Thursday and we have zero response from him with any updates on the shipment. We are lifetime BMW owners and this has been the most disappointing of all our purchases. Definitely feels like "do everything you can to get the business" and then NO follow-through. Every time we've heard from him since Friday is when WE initiated asking for an update. Since we can't get a response, hopefully someone will see this and respond promptly. More
