I have purchased BMWs before but I have never had such an amazing experience like this. Alice was so personable and professional. She genuinely cared about my dad and wanted to make sure he was getting the best value and what was right for him. My dad is a very difficult customer and Alice had him in and out before he could say boo. He was so impressed with her, I was in shock when he complimented her because he never does that.
