Charlie took time to help me find the perfect car; he even drove over an hour to make sure I got the correct car but ultimately choose another one. Originally wanted to stay in the x1 but went up to an x3. I am so grateful to have had worked with him. I hope he is here when it's time for me to upgrade into a new one in 3 years. More

Sales guy acted like we were wasting his time. We never met with finance to discuss our loan and interest rate prior to signing documents. We were sitting in sales office for what seemed like forever then pushed into her office to find out that financing was done and we were to sign everything. Our credit scores were well over 800. We told finance that we didn’t even know what rate was and she acted surprised and tried to smooth it all over. It was total xxxxxxxx. We also were told there were two keys to car but at end of signing we found out that former owner didn’t drop off 2nd key and we would have to wait for it. It took a few days to get it. Over all, we told ourselves that we would not buy from Loveland BMW again. More
