I purchased a 2020 BMW from BMW of Loveland, VIN 5UXCW2C01N9L34770. During the test drive, an “Assistance Malfunction” warning appeared. The salesperson, Charlie, told me it was nothing and would go 5UXCW2C01N9L34770. During the test drive, an “Assistance Malfunction” warning appeared. The salesperson, Charlie, told me it was nothing and would go away, so I trusted him and completed the purchase. Only two miles after leaving, the warning returned. I immediately brought the vehicle back. The dealership initially said it would be repaired, but after learning the repair could cost about $5,000, they refused and told me I must take the vehicle as is because the sale was already completed. I am extremely frustrated and feel misled. The issue was present before the sale. Worst experience ever More

My experience through shopping was good. I was a little disappointed to find that when I drove off from the parking lot my gas tank was empty. I don't know if it has gone out of favor for I was a little disappointed to find that when I drove off from the parking lot my gas tank was empty. I don't know if it has gone out of favor for a dealership to fill up the tank, but I thought it was strange that I would have to get gas before I parked it in the garage. The dealership contacted me after the review. It was an oversight on a very busy day. They are planning to fill it up when we take it in for a ceramic coating and window tinting. More

My wife and I bought a new BMW from Francine and the entire experience was a good one. But truly what brought the experience up to great was Francine.
