We have purchased two cars now from this dealership and both experiences have been fantastic. I'd like to call out Alice Hausig specifically for making this one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a car at a dealership. Alice went above and beyond to keep us informed when the car we were looking for came in so we were the first to know about it. She stuck with us every step of the way and prioritized our satisfaction over anything else. She made sure my family and I were comfortable as we waited for paperwork to process and went so far as to make sure my kids were fed as the response from the financial institutions was taking longer than expected and it was already dinner-time. I'd HIGHLY recommend Alice to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at BMW of Loveland. More

Rude, hostile, and aggressive. Alice cold called me to get information about potentially trading in my vehicle. I understand they would need to see it in person for a final price, Alice cold called me to get information about potentially trading in my vehicle. I understand they would need to see it in person for a final price, but since I live approximately 30 minutes away, I told her that I wished to get a guesstimate of a number Before I would come in person. She told me to send photos of the vehicle. She continued to be pushy about coming in person for the trade-in. Ultimately, she refused to give any information even if I had sent photos. I told her that this, essentially, means that they are simply straight up lying. Here's the reply I received: "We haven't lied. Our offer clearly says in writing on it that we have to see the car in person. We are willing to pay over market for the right cars. We need to see it in person to make sure. This isn't complicated. We have to see the car in person before making a solid offer. Would you pay over market value for a used car without first seeing it?" It used to mean that being in the BMW market meant a higher type of sales. Now, apparently BMW is as slimy as the rest of them. Go elsewhere. "This isn't complicated." More

Nina took care of me. Service didn’t take to long and they were transparent about what issues were found with no pressure to immediately address them.
