Cory made sure we were taken care of,and got us into a nice car so we could leave to shop and get some lunch. We Came from looking at a unit at CarMax and decided to drive over to BMW of Loveland to browse. Came across a unit that would have worked with our budget and style. We decide to go inside to request a test drive and there came T and the perfect moment. My family and her became friends immediately and after the service we received from her and the manager there we decided to move forward. From listening to our concerns and getting that sorted to an easy transaction, this experience was flawless. I am in sales and know what it takes to be a great sales person and T was the absolute best!! Keep smiling and treating customers like they are family.
