Frank Hughes at the service department is the best advisor I've had & trust me I've been through many from all makes. Always goes the extra mile to help. We currently own 2 BMWs. We live in Henderson advisor I've had & trust me I've been through many from all makes. Always goes the extra mile to help. We currently own 2 BMWs. We live in Henderson & I actually go out of my way to drive across town because it's a night & day difference in the service from the Henderson location. The only suggestion I would make is that they need to have more loaner vehicles available. Trying to get one is like pulling teeth. More

I have a wonderful experience with Dave here. I was able to fill out most of my financing Info before coming in so that when I got there I was able to check out my new ride, sign a few papers and I was able to fill out most of my financing Info before coming in so that when I got there I was able to check out my new ride, sign a few papers and be on my way.
