Service was performed in timely manner, my appointment was easy to make. But never received a 27 point inspection of my vehicle. Also felt that a hour wait for exterior car was is excessive. Didn’t feel like I received proper customer service. Maybe next time I need service I’ll try a different service advisor. I’ve been using Henderson BMW in the past but thought I give Las Vegas BMW a chance to win my future service needs. More
