He is upbeat and exhibits an ability to explain things to one who is only savvy enough to know where the ignition is. Maybe I know more than where the ignition and brakes are, but not a lot. I always want to believe that I can trust the information I am getting, especially when my own cache of info on the subject is rather limited. With BMW Service, that's what I get. More
