The call center does not communicate with the dealership or service center well. It’s frustrating when no one can help you because they blame each other. And the service center tried to make me pay $225 for or service center well. It’s frustrating when no one can help you because they blame each other. And the service center tried to make me pay $225 for an oil change that was under warrenty so it was free!! Luckily I kept my paperwork to prove it. Don’t ever just “take their word for it.” More

Fast and efficient service. I was told 3 hours, for my PM but got called back an hour and a half later, excellent communication with my service advisor Thomas. They take the time with you to learn the ins and outs of your vehicle and if any issue comes up, they simply do not stop until it is fixed and better than it was before.
