Went in for a battery replacement and Mark did a fantastic job getting me in and out timely so I can get on with my busy day. There was even time to squeeze in a car wash. Fast and efficient service. I was told 3 hours, for my PM but got called back an hour and a half later, excellent communication with my service advisor Thomas. Only complaint wa I was told 3 hours, for my PM but got called back an hour and a half later, excellent communication with my service advisor Thomas. Only complaint was the lackluster complimentary car wash, I can see where they wiped my car and neglected to do so. Might as well have not washed it at all. Overall great service! More
