Sales Department was fantastic across the board. Amin is our sale associate and he was great. Rami and Eric were great as well. His attitude changed in a split second when i told him we did not want the ridiculous add Ons and he made it like the car will fall apart when we left the dealership. I was not listening to that as it is hard to imagine a 3-year lease allowing 30,000 miles on a $70,000 car with a 4 year 50,000-mile warranty was in need of an extra $311.00 to $416.00 in payments per month to protect the vehicle. Justin the finance guy made me so angry that I sped off the lot and totally forgot I had a rental car that needed to be returned that I arrived in. He is pretty condescending when you don’t want to buy his maintenance packages. Thankfully, Krystal sent a couple porters with me so the rental Could be dropped off and I could drive home in my New car. More
