This is for my service advisor Vernon. I came in with a major concern and he took my vehicle and treated it as if it was his own. I had an outside extended warranty but it would not cover I came in with a major concern and he took my vehicle and treated it as if it was his own. I had an outside extended warranty but it would not cover the repair but Vernon did some research and got my repair covered by BMW which saved me a lot of money. The part had to come from overseas and Vernon stayed in contact with me almost daily providing updates. More
