I highly recommend Desert BMW of Las Vegas for anyone looking for a new or used car. I just bought my second BMW from Desert and couldn't be happier with their service. They have a tremendous inventory and if you're looking for something special (i.e., a particular color, option, model) they will either locate it for you or order it to your exact specs! Steve Glusco has to be one of the most knowledgable salesman in the business. He has a background in the automobile business spanning decades and really goes the extra mile to answer your questions. If he doesn't know the answer (which is rare) he will look into it and get back to you right away. Steve returns all phone calls and emails immediately and best of all -- he almost always answers his phone which is rare these days. There were a couple nights when I had to come in late and Steve was gracious enough to stay late to accommodate me. Steve has a great personality and it's easy to feel like you've been friends a long time even after just meeting him. I can't say enough good things about Steve and the service he gives his clients. I will definitely be recommending him to all of my friends. More

I went to Desert BMW of Las Vegas with my brother who was looking to buy a car and ended up buying one myself. It's my very first BMW and I just took delivery 3 weeks ago. This is a large dealership and their selection is mind blowing. They have virtually every make, every color, and every option available to view right there on the lot. I was fortunate to work with Steve Glusco who is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I had to make several visits to the dealership before making my decision and Steve never showed any impatience and never gave me any sales pressure to buy. I had a lot of questions because I like to do my own research and Steve answered all of them promptly. Steve's easily reachable on his cell phone which is nice and I can't remember Steve not being in his office whenever I stopped by. Unlike a lot of other car salesmen, Steve really knows his stuff. He's a first class guy and he really does care. If you're in the market for a BMW, do yourself a favor and ask for Steve. More

My experience with my salesman Michael Pyon was outstanding. I was rushed and he took the time to handle many things, and kept his word. One small item I wanted repaired prior to purchase was fixed even though it was not covered under the warranty. Michael took care of it, and had he not done it I would not have purchased the car. I certainly hope the dealership understands that at this level, small things mean very much to people like me. It has nothing to do with the couple hundred dollars, it has everything to do with making something right. Michael did that for me, and hence, sold me the car. More

Lets talk about my Sales Rep Donny Warren, it began almost 3 years ago when I bought my first BMW right off the showroom floor, Donny was AWAYS professional and accommodating even though I looked like almost 3 years ago when I bought my first BMW right off the showroom floor, Donny was AWAYS professional and accommodating even though I looked like a hoodlum (Big Bald Head, Earrings,Tattoos, etc...) he never judged me lol. Over the years, I would bring my vehicle in for scheduled service and I would hang out and talk with Donny (when he wasn't busy), for a minute or two or three... lol... my point is, he's become a friend not just a sales guy, and thats the feeling you get when you go to Desert BMW, they're your friends, not your sales guy, service guy, finance guy... well, you get the picture. I've dealt with several different people on their TEAM and would like to give an individual detailed comment to each and every one of them but that would take forever and I gotta go drive my new car! So here's a quick shout out to the Team of people I've dealt with over the past few years and then again last night when I bought my second BMW from this awesome Dealership.
