Lets talk about my Sales Rep Donny Warren, it began almost 3 years ago when I bought my first BMW right off the showroom floor, Donny was AWAYS professional and accommodating even though I looked like almost 3 years ago when I bought my first BMW right off the showroom floor, Donny was AWAYS professional and accommodating even though I looked like a hoodlum (Big Bald Head, Earrings,Tattoos, etc...) he never judged me lol. Over the years, I would bring my vehicle in for scheduled service and I would hang out and talk with Donny (when he wasn't busy), for a minute or two or three... lol... my point is, he's become a friend not just a sales guy, and thats the feeling you get when you go to Desert BMW, they're your friends, not your sales guy, service guy, finance guy... well, you get the picture. I've dealt with several different people on their TEAM and would like to give an individual detailed comment to each and every one of them but that would take forever and I gotta go drive my new car! So here's a quick shout out to the Team of people I've dealt with over the past few years and then again last night when I bought my second BMW from this awesome Dealership. Oh, and Thanks again Donny for all your hard work, I know I put you through the ringer, but you came through for me buddy! Dan Eastman, AWESOME dude, always remembers your name and will stop and say hello to you every time, thanks Dan for making me want to come back, and for helping me to continue my BMW experience, YOU ROCK! Ceasar Tereso, (Service Department) another awesome dude, this guy is ALWAYS busy, (man I couldn't do your job.... lol), Ceasar has been "THE" best service person I've ever dealt with and he always has time to listen to my concerns. Thanks Ceasar for making it comfortable to get my vehicle serviced. Note: the Service Lounge aint too shabby either with the Big Screen T.V. and complementary pastries, nice touch! Joey Laow, what can I say, he's an all around good guy, NEVER made me feel like I was being high pressured when offering me the different types of warranties, I ended up taking the Paint and Leather protection and Gap insurance. Joey is just as concerned with your satisfaction as the rest of the team. Thanks Joey! I love my car. I now have a beautiful black sapphire metallic 328 i sedan. We were greeted by Stephan upon arrival to Dessert BMW with a very friendly welcome. I then knew; need this car. Stephan was so patient. Jason Brewis entered the picture and exceeded my expectations. He got me what I wanted. Eric Ziegenbein showed me this car and done.
