Not only did Jason and the team at Desert BMW of Las Vegas help us with the purchase of our new car, the dealershp purchased our VW GTi for the total amount we owed on the car, and helped us refinance our older BMW in just over 3 hours. Without this overall effort, the sales could have been in jeopardy. However, Jason and the team were determined to make it work for us, and in the end, we got the car we wanted at the rate we needed. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2008 BMW 550i Sport from Desert BMW. I'm an airline pilot. I talked to many many salesmen at both BMW dealerships and auto brokers. Michael Pyon stood out from every other salesmen I spoke to or met with. The best way to describe his sales style is attentive. When I would call or email Micheal with a question about the car that I eventually bought he was always right there. Never pushy, arrogant or too busy to take the time to listen to me. He was able to quickly read me as a somewhat educated consumer and therefore realized he didn't have to "sell" the car to me. All he had to do was let the car sell itself. I handled my financing through BMW Financial. Dan Eastman made that experience a zero stress event. I was looking at two used vehicles. One being a Lexus E350 and the other a BMW 528i. I got such good service and response from Mike Pyon from BMW that I decided to buy the BMW. I bought my BMW a few years ago and I absolutely love it, but about a year ago it started to run differently and was causing me a lot of conflict and money for repairs. I have been going to the same mechanic for awhile and it just seemed that when they would fix it a month or so would go by and I was right back there. I had a conversation with my mom who also owns a BMW a she told me to go to Desert BMW. I went to go see what they could do for me, she strongly suggested them so i decided to stop by just to see what they had to say. To my surprise they were amazing, they got me right in and told me exactly what was wrong with it and it was cheaper than the mechanic I was going to. After a short time my car was in and out and I haven't had a problem since. I'm so happy I came in and so happy my car is finally fixed. I wont go to any other mechanic. More
